Larry FishlerLarry joined the CRFPO in 2004 as a Budget Technician and is currently the Admininistrative Officer. Prior to joining the USFWS, he spent 15 years working for the United State Postal Service in Portland Oregon, primarily in accounting. He grew up in Portland, graduating from Portland State University in 1985 with a B.S. in Business Administration; accounting.
