Comprehensive Conservation Plan
Purpose of CCP:
As part of the National Wildlife Refuge System, the Kern and Pixley Refuges are required to have a CCP in place to guide the management of fish and wildlife habitats and public uses for a period of 15 years.
The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), has developed a Final Comprehensive Conservation Plan (CCP), Finding of No Significan Impact, and a Summary of the CCP for the Kern and Pixley Refuges.
