The Carlsbad Fish and Wildlife Office’s Public Affairs Division provides information and assistance to Congressional offices, other agencies, media outlets, and the general public about Service activities.
Within our area of responsibility, we have 103 federally threatened or endangered species, over 18.8 million people,12.9 million acres, 28 Congressional districts (soon to be 29), and 29 federally recognized tribes.
