An afternoon open house and an evening hearing was held in Jackson, Wyoming, Riverton,

Wyoming, and Bozeman, Montana. The open houses gave the public an opportunity to

informally learn and ask questions about the plan. No presentations were given. The public hearings

allowed individuals to present oral or written comments. Individuals interested in expressing their

views signed up to speak for 3 minutes.
