Damaged Netting at Dale Hollow National Fish Hatchery in Celina Tennessee

Snow covered cement and steel raceways with bent steel poles and a massive hole in the overhead netting. Large sections of the damaged net are hanging down to the ground making travel impossible. There is a tree and snow covered hillside behind the fish hatchery rearing section.
