Damaged Netting at Dale Hollow National Fish Hatchery in Celina Tennessee

Snow covered cement and steel raceways with a massive hole in the overhead netting. Tree covered hillside are the background. White 4 door dodge ram 2500 4wd shortbed truck and 2 gas powered engines with square steel bracketed frames. 6 of the cement raceways have 8 foot tall 8 inch steel piping configured in an inverted U-shape supplying water into 30 inch diamater steel tubes painted blue. The two raceways in the foreground are half filled with clear water colored darkly due the overcast and foggy day.
