Attached for your review and comment is the Draft Environmental Assessment for the Back bay National Wildlife Refuge's (Back Bay NWR) revised Fire Management Plan. The Draft Environmental Assessment addresses the impacts to important fish and wildlife habitats and wildlife within the study area, that could be impacted by the proposed Fire Management Plan. The alternatives discuss expected changes to the habitats and communities on and around the Back Bay NWR.

The Fish & Wildlife Service is providing this document for your review within the 30-day comment period. Written comments or concerns on this proposal would be appreciated within the 30-day period beginning with the issue date of the report, and should be addressed to:
