Southern Appalachian Wildlife News and Information Available as a Podcast

The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service and radio station WNCW now offer the weekly radio commentary, The Southern Appalachian Creature Feature as a podcast, enabling listeners to subscribe to the commentary and download it to their computer, iPod or other personal listening device.

The 90-second Southern Appalachian Creature Feature provides listeners with insight into the plants and wildlife of the Southern Appalachians and the issues affecting them. The commentary can also be heard Mondays at 7:19 a.m. on WNCW, 88.7, where it has been broadcast for several years.
