District ProgramsThe Arrowwood Wetland Management District currently manages 28 Waterfowl Production Areas for a total of 6,162 acres. Waterfowl Production Areas are open to hunting, fishing and trapping. These areas also provide opportunities for wildlife viewing, photography and environmental education.
Numerous acres of wetland and grassland easements are monitored by the District staff. Johnson Lake National Wildlife Refuge is also administered from the Valley City office.
