ES Day 2013!5th Annual Arkansas Endangered Species Day Art Contest

WINNERS ANNOUNCED!

The 5th Annual Endangered Species Art was a success!  We want to thank all of the students that participated in the contest.  We had 380 entries from 23 schools and 2 home schools.  Over 39 threatened, endangered, and candidate Arkansas species were represented this year.

Our panel of judges included a wealth of knowledge and experience. Judges included Allison Fowler the Wildlife Diversity Program Coordinator for the Arkansas Game & Fish Commission, Ruth Berryhill, Public Information Specialist, Arkansas Natural Heritage Commission, and Erin Knoll an endangered species biologist for the USFWS Arkansas Ecological Services Field Office.
