Following topics discussed by EXCOM

I. Western Governor's Association Staff will do welcome for meeting and present on the WGA resolution on invasives.

II. Agenda's for meeting time slots slightly modified to ensure coverage of all topics on draft. Agenda to be sent to meeting participants two weeks prior to meeting.

III. Discussed solicitation of interested and key parties to the Panel Meeting. The coordinator will contact the Center for Marine Conservation, Nature Conservancy and others.

IV. Mail in amendment to the procedures. Andy will draft and amendment and provide to EXCOM.

V. Discussed letter to WGA drafted for Aquatic Nuisance Species Task Force supporting Western Governor's resolution. The ANSTF will not be including the WRP co-chair as signatory. The chair will discuss this decision with the EX Sec. of the ANSTF and ask that any letter sent to WGA be reviewed by EXCOM prior to delivery.

VI. It has been suggested by some Panel members that a representative from Mexico be solicited and admitted to Panel. This addition to Panel will be discussed at Panel meeting. If the Panel approves the additional membership than names and agencies will be solicited
