Executive Committee Minutes
The Executive Committee usually meets by conference call. It is the responsibility of the Panel coordinator to notify all members of the Executive Committee of the time and place of a meeting at least one week in advance by mail or email. The Panel Coordinator is an ex-officio member of the Executive Committee but does not vote. The Executive Committee sometimes invites others to participate in meetings as needed.
