Public is Invited to Rally Assistance for National Wildlife Refuges

Tom White, Jr., president of the Coastal Wildlife Refuge Society, invites anyone and everyone interested in helping local national wildlife refuges to attend the annual membership meeting of the local refuge support group on Tuesday, December 12, 2006 at 7:30 P.M. at the Dare County Library 400 Mustian Street in Kill Devil Hills, N.C. Refuge Manager, Mike Bryant, will be speaking about the current National Wildlife Refuge System predicament and offering suggestions about how concerned citizens can help. White adds, "It's time to rally support for our local refuges! We welcome everyone to come out and support wildlife and wildlands!"
