Comments must be received by July 10, 2009 and may be mailed to ARNWR, P. O. Box 1969, Manteo, NC 27954 or emailed to bonnie_strawser@fws.gov.

And, if you have the opportunity to visit the refuge, you'll be glad you did. The refuge is open all year round during daylight hours. We have great paddling trails, a wildlife drive, two wildlife trails, and all types of wildlife and habitat for you to learn about!
