The Strategic Plan for the Restoration of Atlantic Salmon to the Connecticut River

The plan outlines the goals and objectives of the Connecticut River Atlantic Salmon Restoration Program. It also provides information about the history of the program, fish passage concerns, and stocking and other fisheries management activities. This revision of the Plan was finalized in 1998 by the Connecticut River Atlantic Salmon Commission.

The Strategic Plan will be followed by an Action Plan, which will state specific tasks and activities to be carried out within the visionary framework provided by the Strategic Plan. The Action Plan is currently under development.
