inside visitor centerFeel free to visit the hatchery during business hours (7 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.). If hatchery volunteers are present guided tours of the facility may be available. Visit us for FREE family fun!

Self guided tours offer an excellent opportunity to observe hatchery staff feed fry, spawn adult salmon, or take in the natural beauty of Cook Creek and the Olympic Rainforest. Deer, bear, elk, and cougar have been sighted within the hatchery property!

inside visitor centerThe hatchery receives over 3,000 visitors each year. Aside from the hatchery tourists visit Olympic National Park, the U.S. Forest Service visitor center and the beaches of the Pacific Coast.

The hatchery is an hour driving time to the beaches as well as the Olympic Mountains.
