Rickey analyzes workforce statistics to identify potential barriers to equal employment and reports trends within the Service. He prepares reports and develops diversity and EEO training materials to increase awareness and understanding of individual differences, promote inclusion and prevent unlawful discrimination and harassment. As an EEO Counselor, he assists management, employees, former employees, and applicants by serving as a neutral third party to informally resolve workplace conflicts.
