Julia is responsible for the development and implementation of the Service-wide Diversity Program, Minorities in Higher Education Program, Special Emphasis Program and EEOC MD-715 Plans. She initiates and develops special projects and prepares Service-wide reports as well as provides technical advice, guidance and assistance to the Regions. Additionally, Julia develops and implements systems to identify barriers to equal employment opportunity to all groups and analyzes workforce statistics and prepares reports on accomplishments and employment trends.
Julia serves as the Acting Disability Program Manager and primary point of contact for the Service-wide Veterans’ Employment initiatives and the liaison to the Department of the Interior, Department of Defense, Department of Veterans Affairs, and Department of Labor. Julia is also responsible for assisting in the administration and implementation of policies, practices and procedures related to employment and diversity.
