Wildlife photography exhibited in Hadley Gallery
What: The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will host a nature photography exhibit by Jill Apolinario.
When: The exhibit runs from January 5, 2015 through February 27, 2015. The gallery is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday except federal holidays. There is no charge for admission. Adults will be asked to show a photo I.D. to enter the building.
Where: U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Gallery, 300 Westgate Center Drive, Hadley, Mass. The building is located south of the intersection of Route 9 and Route 116 North.
Who:Jill is a fine arts photographer who lives and works in Northampton, Massachusetts. She focuses primarily on capturing the minute and the majestic natural beauty of the Pioneer Valley.
"My work, specializing in fine art found in the everyday, is particularly influenced by my love of the outdoors, attention to detail, and my quest to capture symbolic moments of beauty that are occurring every day, all around us."
Jill's portfolio includes artistic fine prints, artist cards, postcards, contemporary portraits, and commercial product shots. In addition to her fine arts career, she has been a graphic designer for many years, creating for print and the web, doing commercial photography and video editing.
