Presently studying the timing of spawning migrations, spawning success and larval drift during controlled flow conditions over Kakabeka Falls on the Kaministiquia River (in partnership with Ontario Power Generation). We are also examining the seasonal distribution and movement patterns of adult lake sturgeon, utilizing Black Sturgeon River, with access to Black Bay Lake Superior.
