50th Anniversary Space for Wildlife Festival
Where: Merritt Island Refuge Visitor Center
When: November 9 from 10 AM - 3 PM

Celebrate 50 years of providing “Space for Wildlife” at the Merritt
Island National Wildlife Refuge. Wildlife exhibitors, demonstrations,
and of course birthday cake! This will be the largest festival the refuge has ever had.


Historic Photo and Art Exhibit
Where: Refuge Visitor Center Auditorium
When: November - January

The Brevard Watercolor Society's exhibit "Then and Now" will include representations of the refuge's past and present. Artwork will be displayed just in time for the 50th Anniversary Festival on November 9th. You may view the artwork through January 2014 in the Refuge Visitor Center Auditorium.
