The Maryland Port Administration hosted a family-friendly open house at its Cox Creek Dredge Material Containment Facility near Baltimore, Maryland. Cox Creek is specially designed to receive dredged sediment from Baltimore Harbor. The open house offered free interactive activities, information booths, and tours of the Swan Creek wetland. Biologist Devin Ray manned one of seven partner booths providing information about the Service, endangered and threatened species, fishing, and restoration of wildlife habitat.
