Staff from DeSoto National Wildlife Refuge has participated in Family Nature Nights at various Omaha elementary schools over the past two years. These photos are from the most recent night at Crestridge Elementary.

Family Nature Nights are sponsored by MORE Nature, Metro Omaha Resources for Exploring Nature. Between 200-300 students and families participate in each family nature night and it gives refuge staff a chance to reach out to the urban audience in Omaha.
