Draft Safe Harbor Agreement Submitted

We submitted a draft Safe Harbor Agreement for to the Regional Office.  The agreement  covers the 541-acre Lost Pines Scout Reservation owned by the Boy Scouts of America in Bastrop County, Texas.  As part of the agreement, the Boy Scouts are proposing to conduct brush thinning, prescribed burning, habitat restoration, breeding pond construction, and fire ant treatment to enhance habitat for the endangered Houston toad.
