Service Presentations to Interagency Conservation Forums

John Hughes of the West Texas Suboffice delivered presentations at three interagency conservation forums held in Lubbock, Brownfield, and Perryton, Texas.  The forums were attended by employees from the USDA Farm Services Agency, Natural Resources Conservation Service, Texas Parks and Wildlife Department, Texas Prairie Rivers Region, Inc., and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and were designed to foster greater interagency cooperation relative to the implementation of USDA Farm Bill Conservation Title programs.  Mr. Hughes delivered presentations describing the duties and mission of the West Texas Suboffice, with particular emphasis on candidate conservation activities and the delivery of the Partners for Fish and Wildlife Program.  Approximately 80 agency personnel attended the Conservation Forums.
