Southwest Region, July 12, 2005
Print Friendly Version
At their request, the Assistant Field Supervisor for the Tucson Suboffice met with the Graham County Farm Board to discuss the potential for development of habitat conservation plans, safe harbor agreements, and candidate conservation agreements with assurances in the Safford Valley. The Farm Board expressed interest that these tools may help reduce conflict between farming activities and the ESA along the Gila River.
