"On May 20, 2016 the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service will observe Endangered Species Day in order to recognize
the national conservation effort to protect our nation's endangered species and their habitats."

   Aquariums, events will be scheduled

   Kids! Take Part in the 2016 Saving
   Endangered Species Youth Art Contest

   The 2016 Saving Endangered Species Youth
   Art Contest is open for submissions. The
   competition, an integral part of the 11th
   annual national Endangered Species Day
   celebration, provides school children
   grades K-12 an opportunity to learn about
   threatened and endangered species while
   expressing their knowledge and support for
   conservation through their artistic and
   creative talents.
